Keihin Fuel Systems Support Services

Calibration and design work for automotive projects is accomplished by involvement of many different Keihin facilities, including Keihin Indiana Precision Technology in the United States. Keihin Fuel Systems' New Berlin facility has the ability to develop and calibrate systems for multi-purpose engines, all-terrain vehicles, and two-wheel vehicles such as scooters and motorcycles.

Keihin offers a wide array of US-based development and support capabilities including the following:
  1. Small engine eddy current dynamometer.
  2. Motorcycle / ATV vehicle dynamometer.
  3. 4 gas exhaust analysis.
  4. Environmental Stress Screening (corrosion, thermal cycling and shock, vibration)
  5. Cycle testing (injector, regulator, throttle body).
  6. Metallurgical analysis.
